Payments

• If you are from US, you can pay for the order via PayPal only. After placing the order, please wait for our manager’s response by email. You will be sent the details for payment via PayPal
• If you are from another country, you can pay for the order with Visa, Mastercard Maestro bank cards

Our store accepts payments through a bank in Kazakhstan. The total amount of the order is displayed in the currency of Kazakhstani tenge, please don’t be confused about that.  Next, the order amount will be debited from your bank card at the exchange rate of your bank at the time of payment of the order.

Taxes

Please note, prices of items are shown without taxes and customs duties. In some countries, parcels may be subject to import duty / tax upon receipt, depending on the purchase price. Please check the current information about monthly limits, duties and customs clearance rules before placing an order. As per International Laws regulating Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all ONEAIRPROFESSIONAL.COM orders are shipped out Russia or Belarus republic (not EU country) – WITH AN OFFICIAL INVOICE declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased. Paying customs is easy. After delivery to the destination country, you can pay the tax by clicking on the link that you will receive in SMS from DHL along with your invoice number. All you have to do is pay your tax online

We ship your orders via DHL. The delivery time worldwide depends on the buyer’s country. The delivery time is regulated by DHL and does not depend on our store. The delivery time around the world is from 1 week. Our store can extend the delivery time of the order by 5-7 days. This is due to the time it takes to pass international customs.
